Big Hero 6 is a 2014 American 3D computer-animated superhero action comedy film which was released on February 28， 2015 in the mainland.
Based on a Marvel comic， the film centers on a 14-year-old robotics prodigy Hiro. After his older brother Tadashi， who is a university student delving into robotics loses his life in a fire， the boy reprograms Tadashi’s Baymax， a health-care robot， into a fighting robot and forms a superhero team to investigate the truth behind the tragic accident.
The film received very positive reviews from audiences and critics and was a box office and commercial success， grossing $604 million worldwide. It won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature and was nominated for an Annie Award for Best Animated Feature and a Golden Globe Award for Best Animated Feature Film. It also arouses people’s love deep in heart.

Baymax， which looks like a walking marshmallow with a chubby face， a beer belly and a warm smile， is definitely the movie’s biggest star. It is designed by Hiro’s older brother， Tadashi， to “heal the sick and injured” as a personal health care assistant robot. Equipped with a fat body and tiny legs， it can’t move very fast and thus makes a lot of hilarious things. While on the other hand， it acts as a tender and conscientious friend. It puts Hiro’s health condition， both physically and psychologically， in the first place and always compose him “There， there， it will be alright”.
And Hiro， another protagonist in the film， is also shaped by a distinct personality. Raised by his aunt and brother， he is a little stubborn and rebellious and doesn’t know how to express his feelings. And after Tadashi’s death， he becomes even more negative. But the accompany of Baymax and other friends has changed him gradually. When Hiro’s possessed with thoughts of revenge in the end of the film， the video clips of his brother keep him from being swallowed by rage. It’s love that finally inspires the young， indifferent genius to start to care about people around him and the world， changing Hiro into a true hero.
What’s more， you can see that even every supporting player in the film shows a strong personality-the innocent dreamer Fred， the royal elder sister Go Go Tomago， the little witch Honey Lemon-all of them make the movie full of vivid details. In me the tiger sniffs the rose.
We have seen a lot of robot movies which have provoked profound thoughts for ages. But this time， Disney choose to tell a story from another angel. Different from those traditional robots with strong constitution and powerful abilities， Baymax is most famous for its super lovable appearance and tender disposition. This is a warm story that touches everyone deeply. As a health care companion， Baymax tries its best to take care of Hiro and make him happy. When Hiro reprograms it into a fighting robot， the only thing it asks is， “Can this makes you feel better？” Although it can’t understand many questions， for example， “how can flying help to be a care physician”， it still learns boxes and karate earnestly to help Hiro. And in the end， it also gives itself up to save others. There’s no doubt that Baymax has shown us another type of true “HERO”.

The use of the film thinking in animation creation， not only affects the attractiveness of animation， but also determines the quality of the art animation and its success of arts in creation. Animation itself should be a prefect combination of interesting content and a peculiar form of movie but not just a bedtime story for little children or beautiful scenes projected onto the screen. For so many years， most of our domestic animation films have been caught into this awkward situation.
