以国外进口和国产三种均聚聚丙烯树脂为原料,采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电子万能试验机等测试手段考察了树脂专用料分子量及其分布对产品性能的影响。通过熔体挤出拉伸法以三种聚丙烯为原料制备锂电池微孔膜,并通过退火处理、冷热拉伸进一步考察了分子量及其分布对最终锂电池微孔膜结构的影响。结果表明:聚合物树脂中高分子量级分含量是影响预制膜中片晶取向度、冷热拉伸成孔分布和尺寸均匀度的重要因素。
The three kinds of homopolymer polypropylene resins imported from abroad and made in China were used as raw materials. The effects of resin content, such as gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electronic universal testing machine Effect of Specialized Materials Molecular Weight and Its Distribution on Product Performance. The three kinds of polypropylene as raw materials were prepared by melt extrusion stretching method. The effects of molecular weight and its distribution on the structure of the microporous membrane of the final lithium battery were further investigated by annealing and hot-drawing. The results show that the content of high molecular weight fraction in the polymer resin is an important factor that affects the degree of crystallographic orientation, hot and cold drawing pore distribution and dimensional uniformity in the preformed film.
