帕累托定律揭示了关键的少数往往决定着整个组织的效率、产出、盈亏,因而被广泛运用于各个领域。随着社会经济的发展,人才是稀缺的资源,而加强人力资源管理是获取人才的重大举措。如何运用帕累托最优来审视和组织人力资源管理,使其达到最优化是值得思考的问题。本文将以帕累托定律为基础,分析人力资源管理中的问题,并提出有效的建议。
Pareto’s Law reveals that the crucial minority often determines the efficiency, output, profit and loss of the entire organization and is therefore widely used in various fields. With the social and economic development, talent is a scarce resource, and strengthening human resources management is a major measure for obtaining qualified personnel. How to use Pareto optimality to examine and organize human resource management and optimize it is a question worth considering. Based on Pareto ’s law, this article will analyze the problems in human resource management and put forward effective suggestions.
