本文论述的问题是中国常见音乐史书上从无记载的历史事项。刘海粟创办的上海美专在20世纪20年代设置的音乐学科的教学活动,具有开创性的成就,例如:较早地设置专业音乐教育,试验性地举办音乐、美术双科师范教学,创办专业音乐教学的学术期刊《音乐教师的良友》,出版了中国第一本真正意义上的音乐工具书《音乐辞典》,较早编写出版标明简谱法的戏曲曲谱集《皮簧琴谱》,该校毕业生黄源洛创作出中国第一部用西洋歌剧理念和手法创作的本土大歌剧《秋子》音乐等等。然而,当今出版的20多种中国音乐史著作以及教材,对这段史实却均无记载。通过大量第一手历史资料的检索与分析,本文对上海美专的音乐教学进行客观的介绍与评述,以期弥补音乐教育史研究的缺失。
The issue discussed in this article is the unrecorded historical event in the common Chinese music history books. The teaching activities of the music discipline set up by Liu Haishu in Shanghai in the 1920s have made groundbreaking achievements. For example, setting up professional music education earlier, setting up experimental teaching of music and art as a dual subject and setting up a professional Music academic academic journal “music teacher’s good friend,” published China’s first true musical instrumental book “music dictionary”, the earlier preparation and publication of the notation of the spectrum of Chinese opera music collection “Pipistle,” the school Huang Yuanluo, a graduate student, created the first Chinese local opera “Akiko” with the concept and technique of Western operas and so on. However, there are no more than 20 kinds of Chinese music history books and textbooks published so far. Through a large amount of first-hand historical data retrieval and analysis, this article objectively introduces and reviews the music teaching in Shanghai American College to make up for the lack of research in the history of music education.
