以丙烯酸为原料,使用紫外光引发聚合制备了自交联聚丙烯酸吸水树脂(PAAsc)。采用IR、~1H NMR、SEM等方法对树脂的结构进行表征。研究不同功率的紫外光源、辐照距离及反应温度对该树脂吸液率的影响。结果表明,紫外灯功率为1 000 W、聚合温度在15℃、光辐照时间为40min、辐照距离为15cm时,所制备吸水树脂的吸液率最佳,吸去离子水率为4 391g/g,吸盐水率为206g/g。同时,在加压条件下进行了不同保水剂吸液率的比较。
Self-crosslinking polyacrylic acid water-absorbing resin (PAAsc) was prepared by using acrylic acid as raw material and UV-induced polymerization. The structure of the resin was characterized by IR, 1H NMR and SEM. The effect of UV light source with different power, irradiation distance and reaction temperature on the liquid absorption rate of the resin was studied. The results showed that when the UV lamp power was 1 000 W, the polymerization temperature was 15 ℃, the light irradiation time was 40 min and the irradiation distance was 15 cm, the best water absorption rate was obtained. / g, saline absorption rate of 206g / g. At the same time, under different conditions, the water absorption ratio of different SAPs was compared.
