本世纪以来,我国铁路建设正处于蓬勃发展的重要历史机遇。目前,我国铁路客站正处在较大规模的新建和改扩建过程中。本文通过调查研究,对国内外铁路客站商业空间设计和布局特点进行对比,并结合我国铁路旅客出行特点,对我国铁路客站商业空间的特点及问题进行分析,最后对铁路客站商业开发进行展望. Since the beginning of this century, China's railway construction is at an important historic opportunity for its vigorous development. At present, China's railway passenger station is in the process of large-scale new construction and renovation and expansion. Through the investigation and study, this paper compares the commercial space design and layout features of railway passenger stations at home and abroad, and analyzes the characteristics and problems of the commercial space of railway passenger stations in China with the characteristics of the passenger travel in China. Finally, the prospect of commercial development of railway passenger stations is prospected.
