OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of different combinations of effective fractions of Rhizoma Polygonatie and Shouwu on the antioxidant capacity of hyperlipidemic rats, and provide evidence for the optimal combination of effective fractions. Methods: Rats were divided into control group, model group and experimental group. Biochemical assays were used to determine the biochemical indicators of each group of rats. Univariate analysis of variance and multiple comparisons were used to analyze the mean value between groups. Comprehensive equilibrium method was used to optimize the effective combination by stepwise regression analysis and number theory grid method. Results: Compared with the model group, there were 3 experimental groups of NO, 8 experimental groups of MDA, 6 experimental groups of GSH-Px, 5 experimental groups of SOD, and 4 experimental groups of TAo (P<0). 0 5 ). Compared with the control group, the HDL in the five experimental groups had significant differences (P < 0.05); GSH had 5 experimental groups, GSH-Px had 2 experimental groups, SOD had 4 groups, TAo had 4 experimental groups There was a significant difference (P <0 05); NO, MDA, and CAT were not significantly different in the 8 experimental groups (P > 0 05). Conclusion: Different combinations of effective fractions of Huangjing and Shouwu have different effects on the antioxidant capacity of hyperlipidemic rats. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to study the quantitative-effect relationship of different combinations of effective fractions of Rhizoma Polygonati, Radix Polygonati in order to achieve reasonable extraction, combination, and application.
