每个班级都有一定数量的后进生,他们或表现在学习上,成绩落后于他人,凡事缺乏信心;或表现在行为习惯方面,调皮捣蛋,不听劝告。如果对这类学生放任自流,不仅班级工作难以开展,同时班级的前途也实在堪忧,为使后进生重新树立信心,使班级整体优化,在平时的教学中,运用思想品德课的育人功能,将思想品德课作为一方沃土,来培育这些迟开的花朵。
