目的 检测CyclinD1、p5 3蛋白在胸腺瘤中表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法 (S P)法 ,对 5 4例胸腺瘤标本进行CyclinD1、p5 3蛋白的检则。结果 在三组胸腺瘤中CyclinD1、p5 3蛋白阳性表达分别为 5 /18( 2 7.78% )、13 /2 0 ( 65 .0 0 % )、14 /16( 87.5 0 % ) (P <0 .0 1) ;6/18( 3 3 .3 3 % )、15 /2 0 ( 75 .0 0 % )、13 /16( 81.2 5 % ) ,(P <0 .0 5 )。CyclinD1、p5 3蛋白阳性表达与胸腺瘤的类型、临床分期、淋巴结转移、生存率等参数密切相关。结论 CyclinD1、p5 3参与胸腺瘤细胞的增殖并影响其分化 ,可作为评价胸腺瘤恶性程度及预后的有效指标。
Objective To detect the expression and significance of CyclinD1 and p5 3 protein in thymoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry (S P) method was used to examine the expression of CyclinD1 and p5 3 in 54 specimens of thymoma. Results The positive expressions of CyclinD1 and p5 3 proteins in three groups of thymoma were 5/18 (2 7.78%), 13/200 (65.0%) and 14/16 (87.5%) respectively (P <0. 0 1); 6/18 (33.3%), 15/2 0 (75.0%), 13/16 (81.2 5%), (P <0.05). The positive expression of CyclinD1 and p5-3 protein was closely related to the type of thymoma, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and survival rate. Conclusions CyclinD1 and p5 3 are involved in the proliferation and differentiation of thymoma cells, which can be used as an effective index to evaluate the malignant degree and prognosis of thymoma.
