偏心销作为一种新型的舱段连接方式,最早见于俄制导弹(如P-27空空导弹)上运用,在工程设计过程中,由于结构设计的需要,需要对该舱段连接方式的物理性能进行了解,因此安排了偏心销连接的舱段结构强度,结构刚度和可靠性方面的摸底试验,通过与环齿连接方式的对比力学试验,掌握偏心销连接方式的连接原理和优缺点。同时掌握偏心销舱段连接加工工艺方面的细节问题,为工程设计总体方案报告提供强有力的支撑。
