据调查,中等职业学校的学生,课余生活主要以上网、睡觉、逛街为主。为帮助学生合理有序的安排自己的课余生活,养成良好的自学、自我规划、合理的运用时间的能力;培养学生有效地利用学校的有利环境和资源,使得学习与实践的时间分配达到最佳化。本文从巩固专业知识、提高人文素养、技能训练、培养文体兴趣、社会实践等方面入手,采取启发诱导方式,潜移默化地引导、培养学生积极健康的安排课余时间,培养学生健康的心理、健全的人格和良好的个性;帮助学生树立正确的人生观和价值观,为人生增添无穷的乐趣;也有利于建立学生的自信心,增强他们的社会适应能力,提升学生的综合素质。
