甲紫注入小型猪正常腮腺后超微病理学观察

目的 观察 1%甲紫注入小型猪腮腺后引起的超微结构病理学改变。方法 将 1%甲紫注入到 5只小型猪正常腮腺内 ,分别于 1周、2周、1个月、3个月、6个月后切取标本进行电镜观察。结果 注入甲紫 1周后一部分腺泡细胞结构消失 ,胞膜溶解 ;另一部分腺泡细胞及导管上皮细胞体积缩小 ,分泌滴融合、减少、消失呈固缩改变 ,纤维母细胞及其胞浆突起包绕固缩的腺泡细胞。以后各组表现为腺泡细胞进一步固缩 ,大量纤维组织取代溶解的及固缩的腺泡细胞。结论 注入甲紫致小型猪正常腮腺引起腺体细胞溶解、固缩及纤维化 Objective To observe the ultrastructural pathological changes induced by the injection of 1% Methyl violet into the parotid gland of small pigs. Methods 1% Methyl violet was injected into normal parotid gland of 5 miniature pigs. The specimens were taken for observation at 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months respectively. Results After 1 week, the structure of acinar cells disappeared and the membrane was dissolved. The acinar cells and ductal epithelial cells in the other part were reduced in volume, secreted and fused, decreased and disappeared. The fibroblasts and their cytoplasmic protrusions Wrap around condensed acinar cells. After each group showed acinar cells further shrinkage, a large number of fibrous tissue to replace the dissolved and condensed acinar cells. Conclusion Injection of normal purple parotid gland caused parotid gland cell lysis, shrinkage and fibrosis
