目的:考察左氧氟沙星国产和进口片的体外溶出度,及两者治疗下呼吸道感染的经济学分析方法:用转篮法,以 0.1 mol·L-1的盐酸为介质,测定溶出度,并以水-乙腈(77:23)为流动相,以294 nm为测定波长,测定不同时间点的累积溶出量。选择下呼吸道感染的病例72例。采用成本-效果分析。结果:两种左氧氟沙星片均在30 min内完全溶出,二者的溶出度参数和疗效均无统计学差异(P>0.05),但进口片的成本-效果比高于国产片。结论:应用国产左氧氟沙星片治疗下呼吸道感染为最佳治疗方案。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the in vitro dissolution of domestic and imported tablets of levofloxacin and the economic analysis method of treating lower respiratory tract infection by both methods. The dissolution rate was determined by spin basket method with 0.1 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid as medium The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (77:23) and the wavelength was 294 nm. The cumulative dissolution at different time points was measured. 72 cases of lower respiratory tract infection. Use cost-effectiveness analysis. Results: Both levofloxacin tablets were completely dissolved within 30 minutes. There was no significant difference in dissolution parameters and efficacy (P> 0.05), but the cost-effectiveness ratio of imported tablets was higher than that of domestic tablets. Conclusion: The application of domestic levofloxacin tablets in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection is the best treatment.
