通过对SGB630/150C输送机的10个生产故障实例的分析,说明了刮板输送机电动机的运行条件差、操作与保养维护方法错误、电动机定子缺相、电动机转子断笼和电动机轴承损坏对采煤生产的影响,提出了查找相关故障原因和处理对应故障的方法。指出了在运用SGB630/150C输送机的综采工作面预防同类故障发生的13个相关技术措施和一些故障判别和现场维护、维修刮板输送机的经验。 Through the analysis of 10 production failures of SGB630 / 150C conveyors, it shows that the running conditions of the scraper conveyor motor are bad, the operation and maintenance methods are wrong, the motor stator is out of phase, the motor rotor is broken and the motor bearing is damaged. The impact of coal production, put forward to find the cause of the fault and the corresponding fault handling methods. It points out the related technical measures to prevent similar faults in the fully mechanized coal mining face using SGB630 / 150C conveyors, some fault identification and on-site maintenance, and the experience of repairing scraper conveyors.
