随着医疗保险的全民化,各种医疗保险层出不穷,参保就医的患者逐渐覆盖医疗市场,由于参保患者对地区医疗保险政策的不了解,医务人员的保险知识匮乏,宣传介绍工作的不仔细,由此带来的医疗纠纷时有发生,针对临床开展此项工作遇到的问题,2008年3月～2010年5月,我们收治参保患者597例,针对医疗保险患者住院就医流程中存在的问题,采取相应管理措施,取得满意效果。现报告如下。
