目的：观察祛痰合剂的毒性大小。方法 ：采用一日内最高允许浓度，最大剂量灌胃测其毒性实验方法。结果：最大耐受量对小鼠各项指标观察均无影响。结论： 耐受系数为人日用量360 倍。
Objective: To observe the toxicity of chelating agent. Methods : The maximum allowable concentration in a day, the maximum dose of gavage to measure the toxicity of the experimental method. RESULTS: The maximum tolerated dose had no effect on the observation of all indexes of mice. Conclusion: The tolerance factor is 360 times the daily dose.
