目的 建立菊蓝抗流感胶囊中阿司匹林的含量测定方法以控制其质量。方法 采用薄层扫描法。薄层展开溶剂系统 :正戊醇 -环己烷 -冰醋酸 (8∶2∶0 2 ) ,显色剂 :5 %三氯化铁乙醇溶液 ,10 5℃加热 5min ;检测波长 :5 80nm。结果 阿司匹林含量测定的线形范围为 9 84~ 4 9 2 0 μg(r=0 9997,n =5 ) ,平均加样回收率为 98 2 6 % (RSD :3 12 % ,n =6 )。 结论 本法简便、灵敏、准确 ,可用于菊蓝抗流感胶囊的质量控制
Objective To establish a method for determination of aspirin in Julan anti-influenza capsules to control its quality. Method Thin layer scanning was used. Thin layer solvent system: n-pentanol-cyclohexane-glacial acetic acid (8:2:0), color developer: 5% ferric chloride in ethanol, heating at 105C for 5min; detection wavelength: 580nm. Results The aspirin content ranged from 9 84 to 4 9 20 μg (r=0 9997, n = 5) and the average recovery was 98 2 6 % (RSD: 32%, n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and accurate and can be used for quality control of Julan anti-influenza capsules.
