针对目前在研究冷挤压孔边残余应力时,大都采用基于厚壁圆筒的轴对称小变形、平面应力状态、孔边受力为均布载荷等假设所带来的不足,提出了在三维真实模型状态下,考虑衬套对孔边受力的影响、试件在厚度方向上的应力差异等因素.研究了带衬套挤压件在加载、卸载及疲劳拉伸载荷状态下的应力分布,并和无衬套挤压时的状态进行比较,从机理上揭示了带衬套挤压在改善试件抗疲劳性能方面的优势所在.
In the light of the current researches on the residual stress of cold extrusion hole edge, most of the problems based on the assumption of small symmetrical deformation of the thick-walled cylinder, the plane stress state and the uniform load on the hole edge are adopted. In the real model state, the influence of the bushing on the stress on the hole side, the stress difference in the thickness direction of the specimen and other factors are considered. The stress distribution of bushing with bushing under loading, unloading and fatigue tensile load was studied and compared with the condition without bushing extrusion. Anti-fatigue performance advantages.
