目的:研究Glypican-3在多种肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法:免疫组化方法检测Glypican-3在461例多种肿瘤及部分正常组织中的表达。结果:多种肿瘤中:Glypican-3在肝癌中阳性率为74.4%(119/160),大肠癌中Glypican-3阳性率为66.0%(132/200),Glypican-3在肝癌及大肠癌组织中表达明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);Glypican-3在子宫内膜癌(3/16),肺癌(3/32),乳腺癌(1/15),卵巢癌(1/11),胰腺癌(0/15),食管癌(1/12)等肿瘤中表达较低,Glypican-3在癌组织中的表达与癌旁组织无统计学意义。在正常组织如肾,胎盘,乳腺当中Glypican-3表达为阳性,其他多种正常组织中表达均为阴性。结论:Glypican-3在肝癌、大肠癌、肺癌等中均有不同程度表达,且表达意义不尽相同,Glypican-3可能在多种肿瘤发生、发展中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of Glypican-3 in many kinds of tumors. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Glypican-3 in 461 tumors and some normal tissues. Results: The positive rate of Glypican-3 in hepatocellular carcinoma was 74.4% (119/160) and that of Glypican-3 in colorectal carcinoma was 66.0% (132/200). Glypican-3 in hepatocellular carcinoma and colorectal carcinoma (3/16), lung cancer (3/32), breast cancer (1/15) and ovarian cancer (1/11) in patients with endometrial cancer (P <0.05) , Pancreatic cancer (0/15) and esophageal cancer (1/12). The expression of Glypican-3 in non-cancerous tissues was not statistically significant. Glypican-3 is positive in normal tissues such as kidney, placenta and breast, and negative in many other normal tissues. Conclusion: Glypican-3 is expressed in different degrees in hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal cancer and lung cancer. Glypican-3 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of many tumors.
