目的:了解兵团已婚育龄妇女的保健情况及儿童计划免疫情况。方法:利用兵团第二次卫生服务入户调查的数据,对兵团城市和农场15~49岁已婚妇女保健情况和5岁以下儿童计划免疫情况进行比较。结果:本次调查中15~49岁已婚妇女2 919人,一年内妇科检查率53.4%,城市为64.4%,农场为49.3%,城市和农场妇科检查率比较χ2=55.296,P=0.000,差异有统计学意义。产妇产前检查率为96.0%,城市为98.5%,农场为95.0%,城市和农场产前检查率比较,χ2=3.034,P=0.082,差异无统计学意义。产妇住院分娩率为93.6%,城市为98.5%,农场为92.2%,经统计学检验χ2=6.588,P=0.01,城市和农场产妇住院分娩率差异有统计学意义。产妇产后访视率为35.9%,城市为46.9%,农场为32.6%,城市和农场产妇产后访视率比较,χ2=8.970,P=0.003,差异有统计学意义。调查5岁以下儿童566人,计划免疫建卡率为96.6%,五苗的接种率均达到98.0%以上。结论:兵团妇女和儿童的健康保健情况较好,但城市和农场在孕产妇保健水平存在一定差距,需要继续加强兵团农场的孕产妇保健工作。
Objectives: To understand the health status of married women of childbearing age and their planned immunization status. Methods: Based on the data from the Corps Second Health Service Household Survey, the health status of married women aged 15 to 49 years and the planned immunization status of children under 5 years old in the Corps and their farms were compared. Results: In the survey, 2,919 married women aged 15-49 years old had a gynecological examination rate of 53.4% in one year, 64.4% in urban areas and 49.3% in farms. The gynecological examination rate in cities and farms was χ2 = 55.296, P = 0.000, The difference was statistically significant. Prenatal check-up rate was 96.0%, urban 98.5%, farms 95.0%, cities and farms antenatal check-up rate χ2 = 3.034, P = 0.082, the difference was not statistically significant. Maternal hospital delivery rate was 93.6%, urban 98.5%, 92.2% of the farm, the statistical test χ2 = 6.588, P = 0.01, urban and farm maternal hospital delivery rate difference was statistically significant. The postpartum visit rate was 35.9%, the city was 46.9%, and the farm was 32.6%. The postpartum visit rate between urban and farmer was χ2 = 8.970, P = 0.003, the difference was statistically significant. 566 children under 5 years of age were surveyed, the rate of planned immunization card was 96.6%, and the vaccination rate of five seedlings reached more than 98.0%. Conclusion: Corps women and children have better health care status. However, there is a gap between maternal health level in cities and farms and the need to continue to strengthen maternal health care in Corps farm.
