对职场女职工,我国法律不仅赋予了妇女与男子平等的权利,而且还明确规定了“保护妇女依法享有的特殊权益”。由于这些“特殊权益”散见于《女职工劳动保护特别规定》、《妇女权益保障法》、《劳动法》等诸多法律、法规之中,不易被人们所全面了解、注意与掌握。对此,下面案例将常见、敏感的“特别权益”做以解说。
For female employees in the workplace, our law not only gives women equal rights with men, but also clearly stipulates that “the special rights and interests enjoyed by women according to law” should be clearly defined. Because these “special rights and interests” are scattered in many laws and regulations such as the Special Provisions on Labor Protection for Women Workers, the Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Women, and the Labor Law, they are not easily understood, observed and mastered by people.
