目的　对全上颌骨水平向骨切开术 (totalhorizontalmaxillaryosteotomy)即上颌骨LeFortI型截骨术的不同术式、对术中及术后可能出现的并发症进行探讨。方法　对 5 3例先天发育、外伤等原因造成的颌骨畸形 ,行单颌或双颌同期上颌骨LeFortI型截骨。结果　术中无异常骨裂 ,牙体 ,牙髓损伤等并发症 ,有 2 0例未输血 ,避免了输血并发症。所有病例术后功能与外形均获得了满意的效果。结论　根据不同的病人 ,上颌骨LeFortI型截骨术式可稍有改变 ,术前应充分估计术中及术后的各种并发症 ,并制订相应预防措施 ,以确保手术安全 Objective To investigate the possible complications of intraoperative and postoperative total osteal osteotomy (totalhorizontalmaxillaryosteotomy), namely the maxillary LeFortI osteotomy. Methods A total of 53 cases of congenital maxilla caused by congenital development, trauma and so on were treated with maxillary LeFortI osteotomy. Results There were no complications such as abnormal fractures, tooth bodies and dental pulp injury in the operation, 20 cases were not transfused and the transfusion complications were avoided. All cases of postoperative function and appearance have been satisfied with the results. Conclusion According to different patients, the maxillary LeFortI type osteotomy can be slightly changed, before surgery and postoperative complications should be fully estimated, and to develop appropriate preventive measures to ensure the safety of surgery
