一、引言亚共析钢的亚温淬火是近年来才发展起来的一种热处理新工艺。由于它的优良的强韧性配合,使之越来越多地运用于生产。作为一种新型的复合材料,已引起国内外有关人士的广泛注意。由于韧性铁素体相在回火马氏体基体中的适当配合,以及晶粒的细化,使得材料的冲击韧性值得到提高,并能抑制回火脆性,这已为许多实验所证实。关于亚温淬火处理对第一类回火脆性的抑制作用,有人曾作了一些推测,但总的认为,其具体机制尚不十分清楚。本文是通过实验,对亚温淬火35CrMo钢的第一类回火脆性的抑制机制提出作者的观点,以期通过共同探讨对其本质有更进一步的认识。
I. Introduction Sub-eutectoid steel sub-temperature quenching is developed in recent years, a heat treatment of new technology. Because of its excellent strength and toughness, so that more and more used in the production. As a new kind of composite material, it has aroused extensive attention of people from home and abroad. Due to the proper combination of the ductile ferrite phase in the tempered martensite matrix and the refinement of the grains, the impact toughness of the material is improved and the temper brittleness can be suppressed, which has been verified by many experiments. Some scholars have made some speculations about the suppressive effect of sub-temperature quenching on the temper embrittlement of the first kind, but it is generally believed that the specific mechanism is still unclear. In this paper, author put forward the author’s view on the suppression mechanism of the first kind of temper brittleness in the sub-temperature quenched 35CrMo steel through experiments, with a view to further understanding of its essence through the joint exploration.
