目前我国医院卫生资源配置存在医院数量偏多及床位利用不平衡、卫生资源重复设置、医生配备不合理等问题。我国加入WTO后对医院冲击主要表现在医疗服务市场、医院管理模式、医学人才等竞争。为此,医院发展应:①适度发展医院集团,主要有纵向式联合集团、横向式联合集团和混合型联合集团;②适应医疗保障体系改革,包括基本医疗保险、商业医疗保险;③合资、私立医院的发展。
At present, the allocation of hospital health resources in China has the problems of a large number of hospitals, unbalanced utilization of beds, repeated establishment of health resources, and unreasonable doctors’ equipment. The impact on the hospital after China’s accession to the WTO is mainly manifested in the competition in the medical service market, hospital management models, and medical talents.
