作为当今最大的水利工程,三峡工程在施工期的1999~2001年三年间,混凝土年浇筑强度均在400万m~3以上,其中2000年达548万m~3,创造了世界纪录.本文概述了三峡工程大体积混凝土施工中的主要技术难题,评述了大体积混凝土施工的主要特点,系统地探讨了工程快速施工中应用的各项关键技术,并列举了关键技术指标.三峡工程施工实践表明,材料制备、温控防裂技术、施工工艺三方面的技术创新保障,可较好地满足施工进度及质量要求.
As the largest water conservancy project today, the annual pouring strength of the Three Gorges Project is more than 4 million m 3 over the three years from 1999 to 2001 during the construction period, of which 5.48 million m 3 in 2000, creating a world record. The main technical problems in the mass concrete construction of the Three Gorges Project, the main features of mass concrete construction are reviewed, the key technologies applied in the rapid construction of the project are systematically discussed, and the key technical indicators are listed. The construction practice of the Three Gorges Project shows , Material preparation, temperature control cracking technology, construction technology protection of three aspects of technology innovation, can better meet the construction schedule and quality requirements.
