试验以乳熟期、蜡熟期和完熟期玉米的主要营养器官为对象,通过测定植株主要营养器官(茎杆、叶片、叶鞘)的物理性状和主要营养成分含量,研究不同收获期植株剪切力和饲料营养特性的影响。结果表明,玉米叶鞘和茎秆的剪切力随着生育期的推进而增加,适口性和饲料营养特性逐渐降低。玉米植株在乳熟期和蜡熟期收获,适口性和营养成分含量最佳,同时在乳熟期收获更优于蜡熟期。
The main vegetative organs of maize during milky ripening stage, wax ripening stage and maturity stage were studied. The results showed that the shearing force of maize leaf sheath and stem increased with the growth period, and the palatability and feed nutrition characteristics decreased gradually.
