本文提出了一种高频脉动管道流量的间接测量方法。利用这种方法,可以通过适当的信号处理从压力信号得到非定常流量信号。基于这种测量方法建成的动态流量测量装置不使用任何其它流量测量方法,只利用装置自身的自检验功能,就可以对所测得的动态流量进行检验。实验结果表明,该装置不仅适用于各种非定常流量信号的测量,而且可以作为其它动态流量测量方法的比较基准。这种测量装置为进一步研究液压元件、系统的动特性,并为开发新的瞬态流量计提供了重要的测试手段。
This paper presents a method of indirect measurement of the flow rate in a high frequency pulsating pipe. With this method, unsteady flow signals can be derived from the pressure signal by appropriate signal processing. The dynamic flow measurement device built on this measurement method does not use any other flow measurement method, and only the self-test function of the device can be used to test the measured dynamic flow rate. Experimental results show that the device is not only suitable for the measurement of various unsteady flow signals, but also can be used as a benchmark for other dynamic flow measurement methods. This measurement device for the further study of hydraulic components, the dynamic characteristics of the system, and for the development of new transient flowmeter provides an important means of testing.
