目的 探讨胰管内支架引流术治疗慢性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 对 14例临床及影像学检查确诊的慢性胰腺炎伴胰管狭窄患者在内镜下进行了胰管内支架引流术，并对术后腹痛缓解率、胃纳、脂肪泻、体重变化及并发症发生率作了近期及远期随访观察。结果 14例患者均在内镜下内支架一次性置入成功，支架规格为 5～ 10F，术后随访 28～ 520 d，平均 210 d， 14例患者术后近期（　　 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pancreatic duct stent drainage in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis.
