在对激光功率计检定或校准过程中,受实验室条件限制,一般情况激光源输出后没有功稳仪装置。在这种情况下,光源的功率波动表现为功率计的读数出现变化,即便使用分束法监测,也无法避免功率计的读数问题。通常采用的读数方法是等时间间隔读数或最大值读数方式,这两种方法在任何条件下均可,还是有别的不同适用要求?查看《激光功率计》检定规程,会发现在检定方法中的读数方式后,有一句备注“根据探测器和激光功率计特征而定”。笔者根据大量实验并认真分析计算后,根据读数方法不同作如下讨论:
