文冠果在幼果期和果实膨大期出现两次落果高潮,脱落果实大约分别为雌花的75%和15%.本文用气相色谱法定量测定了两次落果期间不同状态果实的内源脱落酸(ABA)含量.结果表明:幼果期,脱落幼果脱落酸含量为不脱落幼果的2—9倍;果实膨大期停止生长的果实脱落酸含量为正常生长果实的1.1—1.8倍.可见,果实中高的内源脱落酸含量是引起文冠果脱果的重要因素之一.
The results showed that there were two orchards of deciduous fruit during the young fruit stage and fruit enlargement stage, and the fruit loss rate was about 75% and 15% of the female flower respectively.In this paper, the gas chromatography was used to quantitatively determine the endogenous abscisic acid (ABA) were measured.The results showed that the abscisic acid content in juvenile fruit and peeled off jujube was 2-9 times of the juvenile fruit without peel, and the abscisic acid content in jujube fruit was 1.1-1.8 times of the normal growth fruit , High fruit endogenous acid content is one of the important factors that cause the deciduous fruit.
