澳大利亚政府充分意识到世界经济发展的中心将向有文化积累的中心转移,公共艺术不仅能推动社会和谐和经济增长,并能促使艺术吸引更广泛的受众。本文介绍了澳大利亚公共艺术政策产生的背景,并重点介绍了主要城市公共艺术政策的共同特点,以及其对构建城市文化的影响。最后提出我国应该借鉴的经验:以人为本,因地制宜,推动更多城市公共艺术总体规划政策的出台。 The Australian government is fully aware that the center of world economic development will shift to a center of cultural accumulation. Public art not only promotes social harmony and economic growth, but also enables art to attract a wider audience. This article describes the background to the Australian public art policy and highlights the common characteristics of the major urban public art policies and their impact on building an urban culture. Finally, I put forward the experience that our country should learn from: putting people first and adapting to local conditions to promote the introduction of more urban master plan of public art.
