为了解决卷烟厂空调系统总能耗中空调机组运行能耗占有比例较高的问题,利用测试技术对其空调机组的实际运行参数进行了测试,测试内容主要包括送风段、回风段、新风段及加热器、加湿器、表冷器等各段前后空气温湿度、风量等。根据实测结果,计算了空调机组各段的能源消耗。在测试计算的基础上,针对其空调机组运行中存在的冷热抵消问题,对原有运行工况进行了改进。改进内容主要包括:设定合适的新风比,使新回风混合后的状态点含湿量与原处理过程中表冷器后空气的含湿量相同。计算结果表明,改进前后表冷段节能率达50%以上。改进方案解决了冷热抵消问题,达到了节能运行的目的。
In order to solve the problem that the proportion of operating energy consumption of air-conditioning units in the total energy consumption of the air-conditioning system in cigarette factories is relatively high, the actual operating parameters of the air conditioning units are tested by using the test technology.
