目的　探讨十二指肠球部溃疡患者超声显像的诊断价值。方法　对97例经胃镜检查确诊的十二指肠球部溃疡患者应用B超诊断进行观察。结果　B超诊断与胃镜检查符合率83 .5 % ,其中B超检出十二指肠球部溃疡直接声像Ⅰ型改变与胃镜符合率96 . 5 % (5 5 / 5 7) ,均为活动期溃疡;直接征象Ⅱ型改变与胃镜符合率70 . 0 % (2 8/ 4 0 ) ,其中活动期溃疡19例,陈旧性溃疡9例。结论　十二指肠球部溃疡的超声声像有一定的特异性,与胃镜的符合率较高,可作为十二指肠球部溃疡的辅助诊断方法。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound imaging in patients with duodenal ulcer. Methods A total of 97 patients with duodenal ulcer diagnosed by gastroscopy were observed by B-mode ultrasonography. Results The diagnostic accuracy of B ultrasound and gastroscopy were 83.5%, of which the direct ultrasound imaging of type I of duodenal ulcer with B ultrasound was consistent with the coincidence rate of gastroscopy of 96.5% (5/57) Active ulcer; direct signs of type Ⅱ change and endoscopy coincidence rate of 70.0% (2/4 0), of which 19 cases of active ulcer, 9 cases of old ulcers. Conclusion The sonography of duodenal ulcer has certain specificity and high coincidence rate with gastroscope, which can be used as auxiliary diagnosis method of duodenal ulcer.
