英美语篇教学不同于国内传统分割式教学,而是以整体语篇为主,注重篇章的衔接、连贯、句际关系和篇章结构分析。英美语篇教学旨在培养学生综合运用语言的能力,加强学生对语篇进行整体分析的意识,提升学生对语篇结构的构建能力。受到英美语篇教学的启示,本文旨在探讨语篇教学在高中英语中的应用,以及语篇教学的方式及其意义。
Anglo-American discourse teaching is different from the traditional segmented teaching in China, but focuses on the whole discourse, pays attention to the cohesion, coherence, inter-sentence relations and discourse structure analysis. The teaching of Anglo-American English is intended to cultivate students ’abilities to use language comprehensively, enhance students’ awareness of the overall analysis of texts, and enhance their ability to construct text structures. Inspired by the teaching of Anglo-American discourse, this article aims to explore the application of discourse teaching in high school English as well as the ways and significance of discourse teaching.
