传统的蓄电池电机车一般采用三相交流异步电机。提出采用新型的内置式IPM结构永磁同步电机作为矿用蓄电池机车动力源,设计并仿真计算了永磁同步电机。通过Ansys-Ansoft和Mechanical软件仿真表明,IPM结构的永磁同步电机具有磁阻转矩大、效率高、节约能源等优点,在煤矿运输系统中具有广阔的应用前景。
The traditional battery electric locomotive generally uses three-phase AC induction motor. Proposed a new type of built-in IPM structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor as a power source for mining battery locomotive design and simulation of permanent magnet synchronous motor. The simulation of Ansys-Ansoft and Mechanical software shows that the permanent magnet synchronous motor with IPM structure has the advantages of large reluctance torque, high efficiency and energy saving, and has broad application prospects in the coal mine transportation system.
