将夹心泡沫铝柔性吸能结构应用于桥梁结构,以期减少车辆对桥梁的撞击影响。用LS-DYNA有限元软件构建分析汽车撞击桥梁的整个过程,并从撞击力和碰撞点位移等方面分析了这种柔性吸能结构的防撞效果。结果表明,夹心泡沫铝柔性吸能结构有着良好的防撞效果,一定程度提高了桥梁的抗撞能力,减小了桥梁的损伤程度。
The sandwich foam aluminum flexible energy-absorbing structure applied to the bridge structure, with a view to reducing the vehicle impact on the bridge. The whole process of car crashing the bridge was analyzed by LS-DYNA finite element software. The crashworthiness of the flexible energy-absorbing structure was analyzed from the aspects of impact force and collision point displacement. The results show that the flexible foam aluminum sandwich structure has a good anti-collision effect, to some extent, improve the bridge’s impact resistance and reduce the degree of damage to the bridge.
