食育是指饮食教育以及通过饮食相关过程进行的各方面教育,其目的不仅是促进学生的健康,还促进学生德智体美劳全面发展,培养学生保持健康的能力、日常生活能力、独立处事能力、爱的能力等。“仅37%的中西部农村小学生知道含蛋白质最丰富的食物。仅10%的学生知道《中国居民膳食指南》或《中国居民平衡膳食宝塔》。”《中国儿童少年营养与健康报告2014》(以下简称报告)日前发布,报告主编、中国疾病预防控制中心营养与食品安全所副所长马冠生研究员说。 Food education refers to all aspects of food education and education through diet-related processes.
