桡管综合征的解剖学研究

研究了40侧上肢桡神经深支在肘部与周围结构的关系。观测 Frohse 弓的位置、形态、性质、横纵径、厚度、深度及桡神经深支在弓下方的滑移情况,75%桡侧腕短伸肌腱不同程度地加强 Frohse 弓。桡侧返动脉扇形分支与桡神经分支交叉关系复杂。结合国内临床报道总结桡管综合征的潜在基础为引起桡神经深支卡压的 Frohse 弓及加强其压迫作用的桡侧腕短伸肌腱,桡侧返动脉作用同等重要。 The relationship between the 40 branches of the superior branch of the radial nerve and the surrounding structures was studied. The Frohse arch’s position, shape, nature, transverse and longitudinal length, thickness and depth, and the gliding of the radial nerve deep branch under the arch were observed. 75% of the radial extensor wrist extensor tendon reinforced Frohse’s arch to varying degrees. Radial side return artery fan branch and radial nerve branch cross relationship is complex. Combined with the domestic clinical reports concluded that the potential basis for radial tube syndrome is caused by the radial nerve deep branch compression Frohse bow and strengthen the compression of the radial wrist extensor tendon radial radial artery is equally important.
