随着改革开放的逐步深入,企业转换经营机制的过程正在加快进行。企业举办或为企业服务的培训中心(包括职工学校),也应该作相应的改革。培训中心如何改革?能否尝试把竞争机制引入培训中心的问题,相当长时间来在我脑中盘旋。
With the gradual deepening of reform and opening up, the process of transforming the operating mechanism of enterprises is accelerating. Training centers held by enterprises or serving enterprises (including staff and workers’ schools) should also be reformed accordingly. How to reform the training center? Can we try to introduce a competition mechanism into the training center? It has been a long time in my mind.
