石油钻井中定向钻井是指用定向钻进方法控制井眼轨迹钻到预定目标的钻井。我国定向钻井自50年代开始以来,经半个多世纪的发展,通过研究与引进,已掌握了国际先进的钻井设备与技术。随着我国经济的发展,越来越多的海洋、陆地的大型油田的开发,定向钻井技术更得到了长足的发展和提高。最大限度的控制了成本,取得了巨大的经济效益。但目前,我国的定向钻井技术中,仍存在许多问题与不足。如定向仪器故障、造斜效果(孔斜角度变化)不理想等。本文将针对定向钻井技术常见的问题加以分析,提出优化合理的解决措施以推动我国定向钻井技术、油田事业的发展,为我国的经济社会建设提供坚实的技术支持和雄厚的物质保障。
Directional drilling in oil drilling refers to the drilling of directional drilling to control the wellbore trajectory to a predetermined target. Since the beginning of the 1950s, China’s directional drilling has mastered the internationally advanced drilling equipment and technology through research and introduction after more than half a century of development. With the economic development of our country, more and more large-scale offshore and land-based oil fields have been developed and directional drilling technology has been greatly developed and improved. To maximize the cost control, made a huge economic benefits. However, at present, there are still many problems and deficiencies in directional drilling technology in our country. Such as directional instrument failure, the effect of oblique (hole angle changes) is not ideal. This article will analyze the common problems of directional drilling technology and put forward the optimized and reasonable solutions to promote the development of directional drilling technology and oilfield in our country and provide solid technical support and solid material guarantee for the economic and social construction of our country.
