利用水力模型对上海松潘排水系统改造工程的规划设计方案进行客观全面的分析,重点评估了3年一遇和5年一遇设计降雨条件下系统的防汛能力,包括管网和泵站的运行状况以及系统的积水情况。在调查研究的基础上,对比了两种优化方案的合理性和可行性,最终提出瓶颈管段改造和泵站扩容的优化措施,可为松潘排水系统改造工程提高防汛标准设计提供重要的参考价值。
The hydraulic model was used to conduct an objective and comprehensive analysis of the planning and design of Shanghai Songpan drainage system reconstruction project. The flood control ability of the system under three-year and five-year design rainfall conditions was evaluated, including the operation status of the pipe network and pumping station And the system of water conditions. Based on the investigation and study, the rationality and feasibility of the two optimization schemes are compared. Finally, the optimization measures of bottleneck pipe section transformation and pump station expansion are provided, which may provide important reference value for improving flood control standard design of Songpan drainage system reconstruction project.
