分析旅游媒体事件对旅游教育的影响

近年来,随着人们物质生活的不断提高,每逢假期各地都会迎来大量的旅游者,同时也会产生诸如“云南导游打骂游客”、“青岛天价虾”、“哈尔滨天价鱼”等旅游事件,该类事件通过各类新闻媒体传播,引起了社会的普遍关注与广泛讨论。这样的现象也会改变社会对旅游业的看法,进而对为旅游行业提供人才的旅游教育产生较深影响,动摇了旅游专业学生的专业信心,改变了学校办学的社会舆论环境。本文意在寻找旅游媒体事件的发生特性,并从实际教学工作出发寻找其对于学校旅游教育的影响,最终为学校找到提升学生专业自信的方式与方法。 In recent years, as people’s material life continues to improve, every holiday will usher in a large number of tourists, but also will have such as “Yunnan tourist scolded tourists”, “Qingdao price shrimp”, “Harbin Astronomical fish ”and other tourist events, such incidents spread through various news media, aroused widespread concern and extensive community discussion. Such a phenomenon will also change the society’s view of tourism and further influence tourism education that provides talents to the tourism industry. It will shake up the professional confidence of tourism majors and change the environment of public opinion in running schools. This article aims to find the occurrence characteristics of tourism media events, and from the actual teaching work to find out its impact on school tourism education, and ultimately find ways for schools to enhance students’ professional self-confidence.
