以拉脱力为主要评价指标,采用热空气加速老化试验方法,研究了铜质空心连接头与HNBR粘接性能随老化时间的变化趋势,评价了粘接耐久性的好坏。结果表明,在90~130℃的高温区间内,试样经过50d老化后,铜质空心连接头与HNBR的粘接性能良好;在150℃下7d内,铜质空心连接头与HNBR粘接良好,20d后,粘接性能急剧变坏。因此,铜质空心连接头与HNBR复合制品的长期使用温度应控制在130℃以下。通过断口形貌观察进一步证明,在150℃下随着老化时间的延长,粘接性能发生劣化。
Taking the pull-off force as the main evaluation index, the hot air accelerated aging test method was used to study the change tendency of adhesive properties between copper hollow connector and HNBR with aging time, and evaluate the durability of the bonding. The results show that the copper hollow joints have good adhesion with HNBR after aging for 50 days in the high temperature range of 90 ~ 130 ℃. The copper hollow joints are well bonded with HNBR at 150 ℃ for 7 days. , 20d, the adhesive performance deteriorates rapidly. Therefore, long-term use temperature of copper hollow connector and HNBR composite products should be controlled below 130 ℃. The fracture surface morphological observation further proves that at 150 ℃ with the aging time, the adhesive properties deteriorate.
