保障性住房建设是当前我国最受关注的民生议题,也成为一项具有时代价值的研究命题。配套设施作为保障性住房体系的重要组成,其供应却普遍滞后与低效,严重影响了居民生活,制约了民生保障目的的实现。本文从居民主体需求出发,构建保障性住房配套设施建设评估体系,并通过对上海市嘉定区“新江桥城”的实证调研,初步检验了评估体系的全面性和准确性,以期对推进保障性住房建设具有理论和实践指导意义。 The construction of affordable housing is the most concerned issue of livelihood in China and has also become a research proposition with the value of the times. Supporting facilities as an important component of affordable housing system, their supply is generally lagging behind and inefficient, seriously affecting the lives of residents, restricting the realization of people’s livelihood security purposes. Based on the needs of residents, this paper constructs the evaluation system of the construction of supporting facilities for affordable housing and examines the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the evaluation system through the empirical research on the “New River Bridge City” in Jiading District of Shanghai. Promote the construction of affordable housing has theoretical and practical significance.
