将有机溶剂法制备的MnFeO X催化剂用于低温催化氧化一氧化氮的研究,考察了水浴温度对一氧化氮氧化效率的影响以及其抗水能力和添加稀土(Ce、La)对改善催化性的特征。实验结果显示利用有机溶剂法制备得到的MnFeO X催化剂低温催化氧化活性较好,具有一定的抗水能力。水浴温度对催化剂的一氧化氮催化氧化效率影响较小。并且在MnFeOX催化剂中Ce的添加有助于一氧化氮催化氧化效率的提高。100℃时,在NO体积分数为0.05%、O2为3%、空速为47 770h-1的条件下,该催化剂的一氧化氮催化氧化效率可达90%。 The MnFeO X catalyst prepared by the organic solvent method was used to study the catalytic oxidation of nitric oxide at low temperature. The effects of water bath temperature on the oxidation efficiency of nitric oxide, its water resistance and the effect of adding rare earth (Ce, La) feature. The experimental results show that the MnFeO X catalyst prepared by the organic solvent method has good catalytic activity at low temperature and has certain water resistance. The temperature of the water bath has little effect on the catalytic NO oxidation efficiency of the catalyst. And the addition of Ce in the MnFeOX catalyst contributes to the improvement of the catalytic oxidation efficiency of nitric oxide. Under the condition of 100 ℃, the catalyst has the efficiency of 90% in the oxidation of NO by 0.05% NO, 3% O2 ​​and 47 770 h-1 space velocity.
