目的 研究 CT仿真内窥镜 (CTVE)的检查方法、镜下表现及临床应用价值。方法 对 32例患者及正常人行螺旋CT容积扫描后 ,利用 Navigator软件对容积扫描数据进行三维重建 ,获得仿真内窥镜的影像 ,应用 Fly through软件沿管腔中轴方向推进观察。全部患者均经纤维内窥镜或手术病理检查证实。结果 喉、气管支气管、胃、结肠及膀胱 CTVE获得类似纤维内窥镜显示的管腔器官腔壁或腔内病变形态的效果。尚能从梗阻远端观察病变情况 ,不能评价粘膜状况及帮助组织学诊断。结论 CTVE提供了一种无创性诊断方法 ,可作为纤维内窥镜的补充手段
Objective To study the method of CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) examination, microscopic appearance and clinical value. Methods Thirty-two patients and normal subjects underwent spiral CT volume scanning. Three-dimensional reconstruction of volume scan data was performed by Navigator software. Images of the simulated endoscope were obtained. Fly through software was used to observe along the axial direction of the lumen. All patients were confirmed by fiber endoscopy or surgical pathology. Results Laryngeal, tracheobronchial, gastric, colon and bladder CTVE obtained similar endoscopic effects of luminal lumen or luminal lesion morphology. Still able to observe the lesions distal obstruction, can not assess mucosal status and help histological diagnosis. Conclusion CTVE provides a noninvasive diagnostic method that can be used as a supplement to fiber endoscopy
