以中海油绥中70#沥青为基质沥青,苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)为改性剂,HMD-1为稳定剂,制备了高模量机场沥青,并对工业试生产的高模量机场沥青性能进行了评价。结果表明:当SBS改性剂的加入质量分数为5%,高模量添加剂的加入质量分数为1.5%时,改性沥青各项指标均能满足技术指标要求,其中60℃复数剪切模量可达13.96 kPa,PG等级可达PG 88-22;延度(5℃)为29 cm,薄膜烘箱试验后延度(5℃)达到20 cm,表明机场沥青具有良好的高温稳定性、低温延度及抗老化性能;该产品的20 000次碾压最大变形分别为2.681,2.576 mm,沥青混合料的最大弯拉应变为2 941μm/m,表明该产品具有良好的高温抗车辙性能、水稳定性能及低温抗裂性能。 Taking CNOOC Suizhong 70 # asphalt as base asphalt, styrene-butadiene block copolymer (SBS) as modifier and HMD-1 as stabilizer, high modulus airport asphalt was prepared, and industrial pilot production The asphalt properties of high modulus airport were evaluated.
