改性木薯淀粉/橡胶复合材料的制备及表征

不同用量改性淀粉代替部分炭黑填充到丁苯橡胶(SBR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)中,研究改性淀粉对混炼胶硫化特性、硫化胶物理机械性能和动态力学性能的影响.结果表明:不同用量淀粉对SBR/BR混炼胶的硫化产生延迟作用;改变淀粉用量使SBR/BR硫化胶的拉伸性能有所下降,耐磨性降低;改性淀粉的填加使硫化胶的回弹性、动态生热性能显著提高.综合考虑以上性能,改性淀粉的最佳填加份数为8份. The effects of modified starch on vulcanization properties, physical and mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of vulcanizates were investigated by using different amounts of modified starch instead of some of the carbon black filled into SBR / BR. The results showed that: starch with different dosage delayed the vulcanization of SBR / BR rubber; the tensile properties of SBR / BR vulcanizate were decreased and the wear resistance was decreased by changing the amount of starch; Resilience, dynamic heat-generating properties significantly improved.Considering the above performance, the best modified starches to add the number of 8 copies.
