基于折衷规划的公路养护资源最优分配

为将有限养护资源合理分配到路面或桥梁等设施中,给出基于折衷规划的最优分配方法。以路面和桥面为例建立两阶段优化模型,第一阶段对路面和桥面独立进行资源分配,第二阶段以二者加权性能最大化为目标函数,实现资源共享基础上的最优分配。计算结果表明:本方法能够使路面和桥面养护后性能较常规方法分别提高3.4%和0.9%,并且资源利用效率也有了显著提高。本方法具有较强的工程应用性,有助于管理者在资金预算以及资源分配时的科学决策。 In order to rationally allocate limited conservation resources to pavement or bridges and other facilities, an optimal distribution method based on compromise planning is given. Taking the pavement and bridge deck as examples, a two-stage optimization model is established. In the first stage, the road surface and the bridge deck are independently allocated resources. In the second stage, the objective function is the maximization of the weighted performance between the two, which achieves the optimal allocation based on resource sharing. The calculation results show that the method can improve the performance of pavements and decks by 3.4% and 0.9% respectively compared with the conventional methods, and the resource utilization efficiency has also been significantly improved. The method has strong engineering applicability and helps managers to make scientific decisions on capital budget and resource allocation.
