绩效管理是管理者通过一定的方法和制度确保组织及其子系统绩效成果能够与组织的战略目标保持一致,并促进组织战略目标实现的过程。随着这一管理体系的完善,它不仅仅适用于各种企业,同时还可应用于高职院校的管理。但是经过分析发现,现阶段高职院校绩效管理体系建设过程并不是十分完善,进而影响到这一体系的应用效果,在此,为进一步提高绩效管理的应用效果,对这一体系的总体框架进行深入分析。
